Rouxls Kaard, (Pronounced: Rules Card), is a Humorous servant of the King. often forcing themselves into things that have NOTHING to do with them. They attempt to use early modern English speech patterns, presumably to appear educated, but it is highly inaccurate. They sound very distinguished and "fancy."

Rouxls Kaard, is a SIDE CHARACTER in the first chapter. But returns in future chapters. Namely chapter 2 & 3
(Menacing) “Geh ha ha… Stand ready for my puzzle Worms!”
(Monologuing) “Whatever do you mean? ...Ah, that! That’s the lid button! The spikes will release upon placing a lid shaped object before it!”
(Distraught) “MY WORMS!!!!” (My cabbages!)
