Starling
Andy HB for Voice Actor - Starling
Voice Actor - Starling
LEAD
Age: 18-28
Gender: Male
Personality/Background:
From the outside, Starling appears quiet, reserved, and emotionally distant. He often carries himself with a tired demeanor and tends to keep his thoughts and emotions to himself. Despite this, Starling is naturally compassionate, curious, and caring toward others. In the past, he was much more expressive and optimistic, possessing a strong sense of wonder toward space, technology, and the unfamiliar. He enjoyed exploring and forming connections with those around him, often allowing his curiosity to guide his actions.
Following a traumatic experience involving the loss of someone close to him, Starling has become much more withdrawn. He struggles with guilt surrounding the event and has difficulty allowing himself to move forward, causing him to wander the alien planet while remaining emotionally trapped in his past. Although he may appear numb or detached, his former warmth has not completely disappeared. When he encounters another inhabitant with psychic abilities similar to his own, Starling gradually begins to show his compassionate and curious nature again. His growing friendship with the inhabitant challenges his isolation and eventually forces him to confront the memories and emotions he has spent so long avoiding.
Voice Description:
A soft, youthful voice with a warm and gentle quality yet restrained. His voice carries a sense of exhaustion and emotional distance. During more vulnerable moments, traces of his former warmth and optimism begin to come through.
