Essentially a character who appears in the beginning, middle and end - they are confused, dumbfounded by such a mysterious case, even despite seeing the video footage. They are hellbent on solving it, but their efforts are seemingly in vain. Good microphone preferred! Use the ABCABC method. Lines are just placeholders until they actually appear in the script. Any gender/accents.
