Undyne, is a very enthusiastic and loud monster who takes her job as police chief very seriously. However, she wishes something exciting would happen, as she's found her job to be quite boring. Her voice is a little raspy, and overly loud. But quiets down for more serious discussions.
Undyne, is a hot-headed, enthusiastic, chief of police.
Undyne, is a SIDE CHARACTER in the first chapter. But returns in future chapters. Namely chapter 3.
(Loud to calm) “HEY, PUNK!!! GET OUT OF THE ROAD!!! YOU'RE BLOCKIN' TRAFFIC!!!! ... Oh, wait, it's just Asgore's kid.”
(Excited to disappointment) “Huh? Your teacher wants you to get a white substance in the school? NOW THATS SOMETHING. Wait a minute… don’t you draw with that?”
