CALL FOR A COMPOSER
My name is Naïla HAMBOURG, student director at Supinfocom RUBIKA (France).
We are looking for a Music Composer for our 3D graduation short film, CTRL+KILL.
Musical Vision & Vibe
We are looking for a massive, cinematic, Hans Zimmer-inspired soundtrack. We need a score driven by deep sub-basses, immersive atmospheric layers, hybrid electronic/orchestral elements, and powerful tension. The music must carry the audience between two starkly contrasting tones: cold, high-stakes military gamification on one side, and raw, claustrophobic psychological distress on the other.
Synopsis
CTRL+KILL alternates between two worlds. On one side, Scott, a smooth politician, presents the S.E.T. : a gamified interface turning drone warfare into a high-score game. On the other side, Charlie, an exhausted drone operator, gets consumed by the leaderboard, hunting pixelated targets to win a life-saving Military Pass for his pregnant wife. Obsessed with victory, Charlie remains blind to the brutal reality on the ground and to the enemy drone closing in on his bunker.
Credit & Visibility
This is a student project with a €500 budget allocated for the score. Additionally, Rubika graduation films are regularly selected for prestigious international festivals (BAFTA Student Awards, Student Academy Awards, Annie Awards, etc.). You will receive full credit, a finished master/copy for your reel, and high visibility.
