Dave Well is an undercover detective who is investigating the missing children cases from years ago that happened at Freddy's
There is no specific voice we are looking for. His character is friendly but also analytical; I imagine he talks very casually, and when needed, he takes stuff seriously, and his speech reflects that.
(All lines below are at a cafe scene where Dave and Cody are having a conversation)
