He is confident, controlled, and very focused on protecting the company and making sure the public unveiling happens as planned.Voss isn’t supposed to sound evil. He genuinely believes the situation can be handled, but he is stubborn.
Short Context:
The morning after a break-in at an Aegis facility, Dr. Reyes tells the board that classified plans for the Energy Siphoner may have been stolen. Reyes wants the unveiling postponed, but Voss refuses and orders them to inspect the machine instead.
“We don’t know that anything was taken.” Delivery: Calm and dismissive.
“Ten years of research. Hundreds of millions invested. We are not canceling because someone stole a binder.” Delivery: Firm and authoritative. Frustrated, but still controlled.
DIRECTOR VOSS: “Do whatever you need to do. But tomorrow night, that machine turns on.” Delivery: Final and confident.
