Described as the world's vilest person and worst screw-up, Dr. Eggman is an immoral mad scientist who only thinks about doing bad things. He always aspires to conquer the world to create what he deems a utopia, dubbed "Eggmanland". This gives him ridiculous delusions of grandeur and the psychotic belief that the world's problems will be solved if he rules it despite being far from the case.
