Green Goblin is a mad man who uses explosives to defeat his foes. He has a stash of pumpkin bombs and a glider that he uses to defeat foes from a distance. (I imagine his voice kinda sounds high-pitched and insane, like junkrat from overwatch, but without the Australian accent)
