Lines

---------------------------------------
- (Raspy, cheerful voice, but carrying a deep, unnatural reverberation from the dark):

"A monster?... Where?"
---------------------------------------

  • (Staring unblinkingly into the camera with a fixed grin, letting out a choked chuckle like a flooded engine):

"Well... that could have gone better. (Low, guttural chuckle: He-he-he-he...)"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Sinister whisper right into the kids' ears in the closet, with freezing cold breath):

"Humongous? I prefer the term big-boned to jolly. Now... what are we hiding from? (Giggle: He-he-he)"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Voice crushed into a deep, pitch-shifted frequency under the bed):

"It's entirely impossible. You know... I like this hiding place a lot better. They'll never find us here... Scream and run."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Theatrical stance, vaudeville or retro kids' show announcer voice):

"Who, me? Why, I'm the Cat in the Hat! There is no doubt about that. I'm a super fondofferous feline who's here to make sure that your... uhmmm..."

  • (Sudden pause, deadpan, flat, and completely unamused tone):

"I got nothing. I'm not so good with the rhyming. Not really. No... Look, I'm a Cat that can talk. That should be enough for you people."

  • (Slowly stepping forward, mocking and playful tone):

"Uhmmm... how do I put this... When a mommy cat and a daddy cat love each other very, very much... then they..."

  • (Waving off dismissively, firm yet detached tone):

"My place! What do you think?! I'm not gonna talk about... you know... cosmic and supernatural stuff, because that's something your fragile little heads just couldn't handle, you little mice. Anyway... I'm here because I sensed an immense, almost delectable energy of boredom coming from this house. So I'm here to make sure you have a blast!"

  • (Clapping with a thick, fleshy thud):

"Oh, wonderful! What shall we play first? We can play whatever you want! Anything... as long as it feeds—I mean, as long as you have fun!"

  • (Twisting its neck 90 degrees, malicious whisper toward the babysitter):

"A prank... Oh, I love pranks."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Throwing arms up victoriously amid the slime and human remains):

    "TA-DAAAAAN! The disappearing trick!"

  • (Relaxed, casual tone, wiping blood off its paw and licking it):

"Oh, come on... don't give me that look. It was just a magic trick! Mrs. Kwan is perfectly fine... I think. And all of this is just tomato soup! Look, smells like spices. (Licks its paw) Delicious."

  • (Sigh of mundane irritation):

"Children... always so worried about mundane details. Don't worry, I have my assistants for the cleanup."

  • (Rubbing the bridge of its nose, muttering while Thing 1 and 2 wreck the house):

"Useless... I have to do everything myself in this dimension."

  • (Taking a dramatic bow after making the house spotless):

"Thank you, thank you... I am so glad to know you little mice are feeding my--"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Whispering right behind Larry's ear):

    "That'd be me."

  • (Swallowing Larry whole):

(Grotesque crunching sounds of bone grinding and heavy gulps, followed by a metallic burp)

  • (Extremely deep, demoniacally pitch-shifted voice):

"A monster?... I saved you from that parasitic meat sack... I gave you entertainment... and this is how you repay me.

    [Distortion Voice]

  • THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING AGAIN! NOT AGAIN!"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Monstrous, hybrid laugh booming from the walls):

"Welcome to my world~... Now I'll be the one having fun... So... Scream... and run. (Prolonged, thunderous laugh)"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Whisper spoken directly into the camera's microphone in the liminal hallway):

    "To feed..."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Disembodied, towering voice echoing through the hall):

    "Watch the cartoons."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Eerie voice floating from the basement shadows):

"You've been very, very bad children... And bad children deserve to be punished... Conrad... watch your sister."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Taunting whisper from the top of the stairs):

    "Conrad... come upstairs..."

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Serene, sinister smile at the top of the landing):

"Will you be a good little mouse and play the cat's games? You wouldn't want to suffer the same fate as your sister... would you?"

    ---------------------------------------

  • (Bursting into hysterical laughter after being set on fire, immune to the flames):

"(Hysterical, unbothered laughter) Oh... what a cliché way to try and kill me. Don't you think the viewers deserve something a bit more... original? Even though you can't kill me... Let's make this... a grand finale~"

  • (Deafening roar lunging at Conrad):

(Dull, feral roar, with creepy laugh)
