Mr. Eastborn, I love the 2nd voice you had used, the author Mr. Brook intentionally wrote Dr. Scraps Character to sound childish, you clearly understand the character and the assignment!

Dr. Scraps is a villain who is more failure than threat. He wears a purple-and-green spandex bodysuit with a cracked visor. His mech is a scrapheap of stolen parts. He's theatrical, incompetent, and desperately wants to be taken seriously. He aims his cannon at the crowd and takes a hostage. Gets defeated by Ez (a six-year-old) and Jiraiya.
Voice Requirements: Male voice (age 30-50). Theatrical, self-important, whiny, comedic. Must sound like a villain who is constantly failing. Think Dr. Doofenshmirtz energy.
