Machiavelli is the primary antagonist—an ancient mastermind hiding beneath Oblio, plotting to resurrect a world-ending Yokai by sacrificing a child. He wears a wolf mask that seems fused to his skin and Renaissance Italian nobleman attire. He is cold, calculating, and convinced his monstrous plan is necessary to save Oblio.
Voice Requirements: Male voice (age 40-60). Cold, calculating, smooth, with hidden menace. Should sound reasonable while planning atrocity. Voice must be compelling and dangerous.
