Aiko is Amelia and Erika's mother.

She is of Japanese descent. She divorced her husband in 2012 before Erika was born in a few months. Because of her mental problems after the divorce, she often let them out on Amelia each time when she tried talking to her, until it got worse one time when Amelia accidentally broke a glass vase. When Aiko found out, she slapped her so hard, knocking her down into the broken glass, injuring her back. and making it bleed. Amelia was later on eventually rushed into the hospital as she lost some amount of blood and had the scars on her back stitched. ever since, she was completely cut off with her daughter. Aiko has also almost went through a miscarriage due to the stress and her birth experience with Erika was terrible.
