Dr. Octavius is an incredibly smart scientist, but after a horrible accident with a mechanical arm suit, he was psychically fused to it and is out for revenge against the person who sabotaged his creation and will destroy anyone who gets in his way. He has 8 mechanical arms and can control them through his mind. He also uses his amazing intellect to play mind games with his foes, threatening their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
