The Ninth Division - Student MA Uni Project (Second Round!)
Roo Ryder for Lithia - The Severed Seraph
Lithia is not a villain trying to convince herself she was justified.
She already knows she was.
Raised beneath a forgotten temple by a cult that believed she was cursed. When the black-veined wings she carried since birth finally emerged, they were ripped from her back and hung above the High Priestess's throne.
Something in her stopped kneeling that night.
Now she rules the abandoned cathedral herself, guided by a mysterious voice that offers not redemption, but opportunity. Calm, elegant and utterly composed, Lithia does not see herself as a villain.
She simply believes the world already belongs to monsters.
(Would LOVE to see how people portray this character. Feel free to try any versions with an accent. Do note that her voice should be mature and controlled. Think early-mid 30s)

(Soft. Reflective. Almost nostalgic. ) "They like to tell stories about monsters. About the things that crawl out of the dark and leave blood where prayers should be. But monsters are not born. They are made."
(Curiosity/wonder.) "When my wings finally came, black veined and beautiful, I thought the suffering had ended. I thought I had finally become what I was always meant to be. "
(Down to your interpretation) "Now they call me the Severed Seraph. Some come to me seeking salvation. Others come begging for power. I offer neither. Because the city already belongs to monsters. The only question that has ever mattered... ...is which one deserves the throne."
WOW, this is really good!!!!
