The febluoneirian-powered sister of Chikara Hakaisha, whose febluoneirian energy cells come from a second attempt by Febluoneich to reassert dominance over the Central Universe. Due to her lineage as the descendent of a Zenithman who was under active conversion into a Reapre’Al dark lord, thus rendering her the crossroads between two separate forms of the Reaprea’s power, she is a special Febluoneirian, having abilities not possessed by other Febluoneirians.
As such, her 5 Febluoneirian Kaiju are all naturally enhanced into physiological-energetic statuses beyond their species’s natural capabilities, these states being referred to as “Titanoid”. Furthermore, as Anastasia, Rowena is also capable of “talking to” Kaiju aside from her 5 Febluoneirian kaiju via generating “alpha frequencies”, which are effectively bioacoustics used by Titan-Class Kaiju to communicate, a trait which has in turn earned her the nickname of “the Kaiju Whisperer”.
Regardless of all her Febluoneirian-induced abilities, she used to have access to the Elemental Essence of Creation, but lost this power due to her procurement of Febluoneirian energy cells. However, she does not particularly care, as what she has gained in its place has, in Rowena’s mind, made up for the loss. Overall, Rowena is portrayed as a young woman with an affinity for Kaiju and a heroic heart.
