In the original: Grandma Rockbell is, as the name implies, Winry's grandma. She's a surrogate grandmother for the boys as well and takes care of them after their mother passes.
In ours: She's a crazy old senile bat that hits on Mustang constantly and spouts nonsensical word salad.
