Storm the Albatross is the third member of the Babylon Rogues. This Albatross is somewhat dim-witted and slow on the uptake, but he makes up for it in raw power. He is Jet’s right hand man and loyal follower. He will always be ready for Jet’s assignments and committed to his duties. He is quick-tempered and his clumsiness only succeeds in embarrassing himself and his teammates.
