He's a man of generational and self build wealth, and has always been a person looking for nee projects to invest in. He present himself as considerate and caring, however his tone can give away his ulterior motives. He's a business man over everything else, Putting more care into the establishment himself rather than the people running it. He's also pretty sleazy so keep that in mind!
