The Director of the Secret Freedom Fighters and Secret intelligence division.

He leads the Operations of gathering Intel on Eggman's current plans and helps the Rebels.

but he can be very Secretive himself.

5 Years has passed, Elias became King which led to the Partnership he had with Harvey come to pass. The Secret Freedom Fighters was only but a tale now until One Mobian wanted to bring it all back: Coleman. Harvey gives out his wisdom and organizes the Missions while Robotnik's troops have become more Evolved along his "Secret plans" for the right team to crack the Code.

His voice can be somewhat similar to Splinter (TMNT 2012) but little more Deeper: https://youtu.be/mDzW7lsdJt8?si=EdjXm5KJzMhPO55x (your own takes are allowed also!)

The sides they read from:

  • "You understand that this Path your asking me to guide you through is beyond you trained for."

  • "Your Mission to receive the intel and not draw attention to yourselves. Stay in the Shadows."

  • *Irritated* "How is that you can't stay in One place without causing a Massacre wherever you go?!"
