The old senile is a human merchant who's one of the most annoying characters in the game. We only see him in his shop, but this is enough to hate him. He sells useful items but keep treating the player like a little child. He is annoying and has a huge ego, making his lies even more unrealistic.
He's in his 50' and his voice need to sound old and crazy but not like an old grandpa uncapable of things.
