(Trying to calm down) "Anger is not an evil emotion, all emotions are neutral messages, listen to the anger and what it is telling you... What my anger is telling me is that you are all god damned idiots."
(Vulnerable) "I don't really want to be angry, not all the time, not like I am. It feels like I'm a broken pressure cooker with no latch or vent, and the only time that I'm not whistling with steam is when the hinge breaks. Every time it does I have to use something stronger to try and seal it back up; and one day, I don’t think I'll ever be able to close the hinge. Even when it hurts everyone."
