Characters and roles,
be they big or be they small –
give this voice actor a chance,
gotta voice ‘em all!
So call me Ash, I’m on a quest,
to give each voice my very best!

emotionele uitingen (zoals lachen, huilen, kussen)

Training & Ontwikkeling

Training & Development
I’m passionate about growing as a voice actor. In August and September 2024, I attended the Animation & Dubbing and also the Advanced Workshop (on invite only) at Stemacteren.nl, taught by Jürgen Theuns and Lune van der Meulen.
In February and May 2025, I continued my learning journey at
Voiceconsult, participating in the Voice Acting/Dubbing workshop as well as the Next Level workshop, guided by Anneke Beukman and Franky Rampen.
Since mid-May 2025, I have also been following Tara Strong’s online trainings via Voicelings.com with great enthusiasm. Tara regularly organizes events for members of this Voicelings community via Zoom in which we can learn from other professionals (voice actors, casting directors, etc.) and we can question them.
I also started singing lessons/vocal coaching from Karin Jansen (KarinJessicaJansen.nl) in May.
To further develop myself in the field of singing and (voice) acting, I took private lessons from Laura Vlasblom (LauraVlasblom.nl) in July 2025. Then, at the end of July, under her guidance, I recorded three new demos in a professional studio.
In August 2025, I followed an international private coaching with Sarah Nightingale (Nightingale-Voices.com). They helped me further refine my skills and gave me valuable tools to make emotions and expression sound even more natural and versatile.
In early September 2025, Sarah Nightingale (Nightingale-Voices.com) and Richard Reed (RichardReedVO.com) gave a workshop together called Voice Acting Emotes (for video games) that I attended. Here I learned more about voice acting in video games and especially about “emotes”.
In the start of November 2025 I did a vocal workout "Audition Advantage" with Tanya Rich (Richcraft.biz) where I got to practice voicing two different texts (animation & audioplay) and be coached.
In addition, I starred in Jesus Christ Superstar of musical association Stichting Music Herveld. Weekly rehearsals were held from March 2025 to the end of March 2026 on dance, acting and singing.
In January 2026 I received private coaching from Trine Jensen (via Skillshub) focused on voice acting for Video Games.
In April and May of 2026 I took (on Skillshub) the course "Auditioning for Games" by Jeremy Hall.
