A greedy multi-billionaire businessman (or more accurately, businessrat). Victor Roadstop is the CEO of the massive corporation known as Vic Corp amd the father of Taria Bloodshock. He doesn't care for much except money, even his own family.
His voice is somewhat similar to Filthy Rich from My Little Pony (more specifically, his Equestria Girls counterpart), except with a British accent.
Profit is, and will always be top priority in business. The more money you make, the more successful you are.
