You don't back down from using the full potential of your voice, whether it is for soft and quiet parts, full-on operatic, or piercing through the highest notes with little to no sweat!


In more seriousness, this gig is for you if you are someone:

  • Who loves musical style projects, and have great experience with singing!
  • Who's able to deliver pop-style, as well as very powerful vocals.
  • With a Mezzo-Soprano range voice, although pitching up the voice is not an issue. The vocal range is B3-F5.
  • With great recording equipment.
  • Who speaks fluent English, with no particular accent.
  • Who's able to accurately reproduce the singing of existing vocals (demo vocals are issued)
Here are some demos of what you'll sing.
  • I've used a Vocaloid app to test the lyrics, the nice part is that I've tweaked the parameters to match exactly what I have in mind. So you won't go wrong if you follow these!
  • This folder contains 4 parts, representing the most relevant parts.
  • Start recording in order (the files are numbered from 1 to 4), record as many of them as you wish!

Note: This song isn't forgiving, the performance is really tough. I recommend if you audition that you have solid experience in singing, because it will be a challenging (but fun!) part.

This role also includes backing and harmony vocals. The song is about 4 minutes in length.


Bonus, you'll be able to choose whether your voice was meant to portray Glamrock Chica or Roxane Wolf! How cool?

    Thanks for the compliment and the interest! :) Very cool submission! Aside from the auto tuning did you use extra filtering/EQ-s on the vocals?

      Apologies, I did not use autotune for this audition. This was recorded late in the evening after having recorded for at least 3 hours. I used a yeti mic, and used to EQ, filters and compressors for a clearer sound. Hope this helped!

Heyo! I'd like to give some feedback on this, hopefully it helps you in the future!

This is a great performance!! You definitely don't hesitate to sing with tons of power and character. You've got great vibrato and timbre control! The notes were mostly on-pitch, not sure if it's the auto-tune or not since some of the pitch transitions are just way to quick.

The only thing that felt a bit off was the recording quality. A bit too sharp and compressed. Make sure when you submit audio to avoid as much editing as possible. Only use a little bit of cleaning up if necessary (like noise gates, cutting off the very lows), the rest should be left as is. It's easier for the producer to assess (and reassure them of) the recording quality!
