Mr. Pokeylope is a sapient turtle who is close friends with Sheegor. In Psychonauts, he is held hostage by Dr. Loboto at Thorney Towers Home For the Distubed to keep Sheegor cooperative. After defeating Dr. Loboto, it is assumed he stayed with Sheegor to work for the Psychonauts.
