Mr. Giggles is a stuffed toy bear who will appear in Happy Artists (ARG) Chapter 2.
He has a lot of mood swings and tends to reminisce of memories he holds dear. Outside from that, Mr. Giggles is quite a silly... Welcoming... Little guy. His voice is mid-high, playful and slightly goofy (Very clown-like)

🧸 | *Giggles before speaking* What’s this? My my, it’s been a while since I last saw another living soul around these parts.. *Mini Pause before continuing in a more sinister, yet mischievous tone..* “Please, do come in.. Be our guest.”
🧸 | “Why the long face?” *Giggles before continuing in an “innocent” tone* “No need to fear me! I’m just a little teddy bear who wants to spend time with you, nothing more.”
🧸 | “I’m Mr. Giggles..” *His voice transitions to a cold, slightly threatening tone, his pitch turns a bit lower* “And I can’t wait to play with you.”
