Character Overview
Mike Thompson is an enhanced ex-convict turned minor gang leader. After using his powers to rob banks and attack police with an unidentified team of rogue enhanced, he was arrested and imprisoned inside of what's only known by a few as Sub Level 50 (see "important Info" in project bio) for 7 years. Now outside of a cell, he revisits old stomping grounds and establishes himself as a minor player in the crime scene of Halcyon city.
