Daughter of Police Captain George Stacy, Gwendolyn Stacy is an 18-year old drummer of the Mary Janes who was bitten by the radioactive spider and became Ghost-Spider for 3 years (after Peter became Spider-Man). Unlike her childhood friend Peter, who is deemed as a wall-crawling "hero-doing jester" (Also the one who broke up with her), she is deemed a "menace", after being blamed for the death of her second boyfriend Kevin (who was killed by Sheath). While on the run and teaming with the Secret Warriors, Ghost-Spider is still struggling to clear her name from the wanted list.
