Katrina Turner is the third Gym Leader the player comes across, being a user of Electric type Pokemon. She's work-oriented and a busybody, as she's the weather presenter on Delwis's most popular TV channel, Estrela TV. She's a bit of a daredevil and an adrenaline junkie - when she's out in the field reporting, she'll often get dangerously close to freak weather events!

(as if she's presenting the weather) Ah! You must be a Gym Challenger! Hm, now what’s the forecast? I can see that we’re in for quite the storm - our battle will be electrifying! Watch out for those gale-force winds, too!
(excited) Ah, what a breath of fresh air! I always love fighting new Trainers - it’s a blast!
