Hugo is the twin brother of Adeline, and the second companion of the doctor. He has a protective personality and is a space fanatic. he dreams of seeing the stars and meeting aliens... though not so much the ones trying to kill him. he can be a bit hyper and can sometimes talk over the doctor, which annoys the doctor to their very core. I would like this character to have a British accent, though anyone with any accent can apply.
