The self proclaimed clown of the Toy Gang, who dreams of one day becoming a performer at the prestigious Pinwheel Circus. Her jokes are terrible, but come from such a sincere place that everybody can’t help but laugh at them anyway, including the Ringmaster, who has laughed in his face every time she’s tried to apply. Clearly he’s doing something right!
