The most dangerous member of the Detective Alliance--he'll use any means necessary to solve a case, going so far as to commit atrocities with a smile on his face. He has killed many people in the past, and thus has been fitted with a 'Decapitation Rabbit,' an explosive device affixed to his neck. He is not permitted to leave his special prison under normal circumstances. However, he has been granted a degree of freedom by cooperating with authorities to solve major crimes, as he possesses both considerable skill and intimate knowledge of the criminal mind. He has a nonchalant yet sarcastic personality.
