Cappy is the hat with the eyes, and yes he is alive, but he is also Mario's little buddy. Mario uses Cappy to take control over someone's body, which is weird, but very useful. Fill free to make his voice however you want him to sound.

Hey Thanks! I realized my normal voice might not have fit best but it was worth putting it out there. I did like my high pitched voice more than the first take though.
