Joe Goffeney for Blair Arynev
Blair is involved in Ether Astrum's organization. He is feminine, passive aggressive towards both Merle & Ether, flamboyant, and quite an amusing character in general. He is somewhat based off of Axel from Kingdom Hearts in which he is an amusing character, yet somewhat mysterious and even intimidating at times. Has a high-pitched voice and either an English or Posh accent. "Squees" occasionally. He sounds a bit like Villefort/Rarity in this animatic, and also a bit like the singer of this cover of Stronger Than You.
{Mockingly and sarcastically} "Oh, so you do know what empathy is? Haha...I never would have guessed."
{Cheerfully} "Oh well, hello, babe. How have you been~?!"
