After seeing the devotion Rainbow Dash has to her friends, he is moved to take up for them and may put himself in harms way to save them. He needs a raspy, teen voice.

I feel like you had a good idea of the character, but the shouting could have been a bit more subtle and regulated. I pictured Jet screaming at people instead of being a bit more calm and making loud statements. Will be a tough choice.
