Dr. Laskins was a scientist who was researching on a substance that turn people undead but in a lab accident got blasted with it herself. However because of her contamination with it happened during a moment of scientific discovery it left her mind into permanent euphoria. Having also gotten telekinetic powers she decided to dedicate her new existence to help her fellow freaks of nature by forming a superhuman team. She may be a bit detached from those on the side of living but nevertheless radiates grandmotherly energy.

[The keepers of The Armory of Apocalyptic Objects are offering Dead Debbie their technology and knowledge, including a way to make her human again.] “Now why would I want that? I’m blissfully happy. I have the power to help people. I’ve saved the world. Being alive is overrated. I prefer to be helpful.”
