Your voice is very nice and soothing to listen to. I really like how you took your time and spaced out some of the phrases. However, there are places where I zone out because it sounds like you're just reading/listing something to me. Changing up your inflection on some of the phrases like "come on in" would make it feel like it wasn't being read off of a piece of paper.

You have such a nice voice! My recommendation for you is to step up the energy output and add more passion to your performance. You can help accomplish this by using more of your body and projecting more from your gut. Your articulation is nice, just make sure to keep up the nice spacing between words while making sure it continues to sound natural! Overall, finding ways to mix up your performance to make it more audibly interesting to listen to will allow this take to soar. Great job!
