*Gender Flexible Casting* 27 years old. Heinous Investigations’ resident inventor and mad scientist. Wholly immature, impulsive, and erratic, his thoughts may be incoherent but his inventions are creative, and most of the time they even work! He is also the only one in Hanesbury with extreme medium awareness, and he often breaks the fourth wall. He is very high energy and friendly, which is made clear by his lack of indoor voice.
(*Meeting his fellow investigators after they enter his lab, which is in his friend Martin’s house. He is blasting upbeat music*) HEYOOOOO! WAZZAP EV’RYBODY?!? MARTIN SAID YOU’D BE COMING BY! FRANK EPSTEIN AT YOUR SERVICE!
(*Breaking the Fourth Wall*) Hello everybody! Frank here! Remember me from a few episodes ago? I’ve just dropped in to say that, we here at "Heinous Investigations" understand that just by listening to us, you have invested yourself in a non-visual medium. And we appreciate that.
(*Explaining one of his newest inventions*) Aw, y’know, just this new tech I’ve been working on. Modulation of particle densities to fit in extradimensional space.
As for me, I teach math for a living, and I do digital art as a hobby. This summer, I’ve also started dabbling in tradigital animation. Frequently, I also practice singing on Smule; I find it good warm-up for voice acting. I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy/adventure, and animation! Hazbin Hotel and Into the Spiderverse were the two animations that rocked my world recently. Oh, and Daria Cohen’s Vampair series. :) These days, I alternate between listening to jazz and electroswing and listening to podcasts on cultural and political issues while I do my art. I occasionally watch movies via zoom with my boyfriend.
