Vina is a full-time audiobook narrator and voice over artist. She has narrated a number of audiobooks that range from American English and Southern, to British, Irish, Italian, German, Russian and many more exotic accents. She's known to switch characters easily and breath life into each character within a book. Vina is a detail oriented, passionate and dedicated narrator who's voice is relatable, sincere and engaging. She's not just a versatile character actor, who can meet most all accesnt ranges, but is able to deliver dramatic, emotional and gripping readings that touch the listeners and the audience.
Vina is a Spanish and Native American audiobook narrator and voice over artist with a knack for empathy, but also attitude and strong feminine roles in theatrical performances. Vina has the ability to bring forth strong connections to characters making them life-like and engaging. With a authoritative, trustworthy, believable and gentle voice - she can adapt well to a wide array of different accents and languages both regional and internationally. Vina has been told she has quite the unique voice as normally she is a California native, but an Atlanta implant and it's difficult for people to distinguish if she's southern or not, it doesn't help that at times her Spanish accent can also come through. For Vina, picking up languages and accents are like riding.a well oiled bike. She has no issues narrating with British, Irish, Spanish, French, Russian, German, Scottish, Mediterrean, American Southern, American General and even American Western. As a writer herself, Vina likes to take time to prepare for each book by reading and researching it. Stepping into character if you. Making her notes and reading the chapters outlaid many times experimenting with each character and the scene before going into the studio to record. For her, bringing each character to life off the page is as important as having them on the page, and this is what she wishes to convey for each and every book she narrates. Vina works from her studio in Atlanta, Ga and when she's not working, which almost always, she's taking time with her family exploring and making memories. Vina also has a degree in anthropology with minors in history, English and leadership. She has works written and published both online and in print for numerous well known magazines and publications.
