Algernon is the more irresponsible sibling between him and his brother Jack, with an appetite for life that is only matched in intensity by his ability to move at incredible speeds. He is often smarmy and self-centered, and cowardly in the face of danger. Still, he can be incredibly noble and courageous when the situation demands. (Note: Like his brother, he does not speak in a stereotypical “New York” accent, even though that's where he is from.)
