Metal Tails is paired up with Metal Sonic. A robot created by Dr. Eggman, and along with Eggman and Metal Sonic, is the main villain.
A voice changer is great, but it's alright not to have one. We are looking for something imposing, but at a similar pitch / vocal range as normal Tails.
