Toadsworth cares very deeply for others, particularly the Princess, as he is the steward. He is quick to flee from danger and is constantly getting worried about others, to the point that he can cry when Peach is going with the Superstars. 

Voice Requirement: Give Toadbert a bit of a nerdy and intelligent voice.
