The Admiral is at the helm of the flagship Hyperion, a capital ship. His visit to the dock will come in a time of war. The men and fleet under his command are extensions of himself and so he treats this war as a personal battle with the weight on his shoulders.
Voice: Low. He always sounds very serious and his voice carries weight and command to it.
Number of Lines: 3 lines in the prototype. He's one of the quest characters. The plan for those is to have more lines and quests in the full game.
Pay Rate: $1 per line
