Final Deadline
The final deadline for Claire Elford is on December 18th. Two VA's will be contacted the day after the deadline (one as an understudy). The project will remain up for auditions for Young Sirius past that date. Good luck everyone!

Witch's Heart is an adventure game by IZ (BLUE STAR Entertainment) made in RPG Maker 2000.
While playing up in the mountains, Claire Elford finds herself taking shelter from the rain in a mansion.
Soon, she finds four other people, some bizarre monsters - and no way back out.
In the company of demons, the five must figure out how to escape...
and solve the mystery of the legendary wish-granting treasure, the Witch's Heart.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Claire Elford and Young Sirius VA has had to resign from the project.
Both roles will be open for a week or longer if need be.
When auditioning, please keep in mind the following:
- Have decent microphone quality. I'm looking for no peaks/pops with little to no background noise.
- Be able to be very expressive -- this game does not originally have voices. Be creative and full of emotion!
- Many characters have many lines (especially Claire). Be able to dedicate time to the project and make deadlines.
- Have a discord! If cast, you will be invited to the server where scripts will be sent and lines received.
However, please be aware that this game has many trigger warnings. Please keep in mind that this game includes:
- Gore and body horror
- Murder
- Suicide/Self-harm
- Abuse
Please refrain from auditioning if any of these themes make you uncomfortable!

Claire is very cheery and can sometimes be considered an airhead. She loves cute and girly things. Often, she worries about other characters' well-being and puts her trust in others very easily.
Please note that you will have a LOT of lines. The majority of the game is from Claire's perspective. If you would also like to be considered as an UNDERSTUDY, please specify that in the description or comments of your audition.
Recommended voice: Medium-high pitched, similar to the original VA. Cutesy and excited, but can be serious and upset as well.

If somebody told you they'd grant any wish, what would you do? Me... first of all, I'd wanna live in a house made of sweets! And I'd snarf down entire cakes.
I mean, you can't just ask me to.. What exactly should I be doing..? ...Eeek! Um, I'm sorry!
The person who took me in... left this world four years ago. They said I could keep the house but it felt lonely staying there by myself.

This is the same exact role as the one above, except as an Understudy. Since Claire has such a hefty amount of lines, the understudy would record lines if the main VA were to suddenly become unavailable.

This character is Sirius, one of the main characters, as a child. In flashbacks, he is shown as a child, probably around 10 years old. He is a bit on the quiet side and quite mature for his age.
Preferred voice: A typical younger boy's voice is fine, but more serious and mature tone-wise. A British accent would go well since the VA for his adult-self has a snobbish-British accent, but this is not required.
Haha... I'll have you know I'm not going to lose today, alright?
