About this project: Winter Moon Rises is a fandub project that will be dubbing over the webtoon series, Winter Moon.

This is a fantasy comedy drawn in mostly a yonkoma (four-paneled manga) style, so each episode will usually be pretty short and sweet. Videos will be posted on my YT channel. The wonderful Asianrambo38 will be helping with the editing and has also been casted as Gideon.
How casting will work: The beginning episodes only have a few characters, so this first round of casting will only have the necessary VAs. When more characters appear, there will be casting calls for them in the future!
Each casted VA may have the chance to voice more characters in the webtoon since there are quite a lot of one-shot roles. In addition, VAs casted for “Extras” will definitely get more than one role.
As for the casting process, I will be determining the cast through a voting system in which a group of people (including me) will vote on who we think is best for each role. Votes on this site are NOT going to be factored into this, so worry not.
Duration and deadlines: Turnaround times for recordings for each episode will be 2 weeks. If you can’t make these kinds of deadlines for whatever reason...please don’t audition. (It’s four panels per episode. At most like, four lines. If you can’t do it, what are you doing here.)
Communication: Discord or email is a must. It’s best if you have Discord. Make one. It’s quick and (fairly) painless, I promise.
Microphone Requirements: Preferably an XLR mic. No background noise, noticeable humming, or your neighbor’s lawn mower in the background. I have experience with audio editing, but I’m no magician.

Our favorite high-leveled gay wizard in this MMORPG world of Winter Moon. He’s free-spirited, quick to lash out, and likes to do things with a lot of flair. Although he may seem cold-hearted at first, he’s fiercely loyal to those he cares about. In IRL, he’s a neglected rich boy who just needs some love.

Risa is the cute, gold-digging, highly-lovable healer in the Winter Moon guild. She’s like a female Florence, but definitely NOT gay and thirsty AF…at least, if you have money. She and Florence bicker constantly, but deep down, they care for each other like brother and sister.
- High voice when talking to her sugar daddies. Medium high voice normally. VA needs to have a good threatening voice.
- Must be good with screaming and swearing.
Line 1: [sweetly, pleadingly] Finally! This total perverted jerk stole my outfit and is forcing me to do weird things. Please help, daddy!
Line 2: Tch...I’m going to take revenge… [scheming] I’ll seduce the player running this city and capture him...hehehehe~
Line 3: I finally found you~ Ready to die?
Bob is...basically a body builder gaming noob with a loyal streak and the tendency to never be decently covered up. Despite his buff image, he’s kind and doesn’t like to harm people. He later meets a nice young boy, and they team up.

Line 1: [While running away] You’re the one who started talking to me!
Line 2: [Confused] Huh? But I’ve got no gold.

A sugar daddy to Risa in the beginning. He’s a fierce, alpha male. No one is touching his Risa. Except...you know, until Florence fries him.
- Deep, buff voice.
Line 1: [Menacingly] You wanna die, punk?
Line 2: [Threateningly] Ain’t nobody messin’ with my Risa.
Line 3: [Sweetly] Sure, baby girl, pick anything you like.
Corpse Harvest guild master, a necromancer. A total misogynist. He’s haughty but powerful, and he hates Florence with the passion of a thousand suns.

Line 1: What do you want, little girl? I hate women.
Line 2: [menacingly, with a grin] Shoot them.
Line 3: Who do you think you are, you low-life scum? I’ll kill you fifty times!! A hundred times!!!
Corpse Harvest officer, level 120 monk. Luciase’s lackey and unfortunate casualty in a lot of situations, but he still tries his hardest.

Line 1: [Being threatened] He just blew up the gate and killed all our men! I swear I don’t know where he ran off to.
Line 2: [in front of Luciase] Yes, sir! ….[sulking] Why do I always get yelled at when it’s not even my fault?
Corpse Harvest Officer. Seems like a nice guy, but kind of naive.

An assassin who sneaks into the Corpse Harvest Guild to steal their gold. She’s a pretty sexy, glasses-wearing comic relief.
