Audition FAQ
Q: When is the due date?
A: April 30th
Q: Can I audition for multiple characters? Does my/their gender matter?
A: You can audition for as many as you'd like. Your gender does not matter, but we have ideas for how we think the dragons should sound. Most of us agree we don't want a deep masculine voice for Sunny, for example.
Q: Can I get cast as multiple characters? Will this prevent me from future roles?
A: Yes and maybe. If two dragons are in the same scene together, you cannot play both. For example, one person could not play both Moon and Darkstalker. So if you are currently cast (or hope to be double cast), keep that in mind. If you are currently cast and have more questions with this, please reach out to leadership.
Q: What's the difference between a supporting character, background character and an extra?
A: For the sake of this casting call and this book... An extra is a character with 1-2 lines, a background character has a handful of lines, and a supporting character may have more lines or a bigger impact on the story.
Q: If this character reappears in a different graphic novel, will I voice them again?
A: Sunny, yes. Background and extra characters may be changed for future dubs.
Q: What will improve my chances of getting a role?
A: Following casting call instructions, not begging for roles, making sure your audio is free from background noise.

We wanted to give an update as to the current goings on within the studio
Relating to the composers, the role is currently in callback, we will provide more updates when we have them
As for the other roles, we have looked through all auditions and are working on a shortlist, thank you all for your patience.

We apologize for it taking a while but a little extra time never hurt anyone. It will take us some time to get through all auditions and decide, but when we have decided who is chosen an update video will be up on convexity studios channel.

The Small Yellow Sandwing, Acting as one of the Staff of Jade Mountain Academy, she is very cheery and considered optimistic by most. She was originally a Dragonet of Destiny in the previous Arc>
Sunny has a Higher register

A Rainwing Attending Jade Mountain Academy, One of her notable features is the fact that she is one of the only blind dragons in the series, despite this, she is known for her good sense of smell.

A Nightwing with a mostly minor role, he is seen being confronted by Pike who claims that the fish he is eating should go to the seawing Princess Anemone

[Objecting]"She's Not my princess though."
Appears in a vision given to Moonwatcher by Darkstallker, she is notably a Rain/Night hybrid, and is belived to be the Daughter of Glory and Deathbringe.
[Proud]"Its a good thing were so much smarter than all the dragons who lived before us, wed never make their mistakes."
The Older brother to Winter, he has few lines in this book, he is remembered fondly by winter despite him believing that Hailstorm hates him.
