You may edit your responses if you want to update your information between the time you submit to the time listed above. Only one response can be made and it is tied to a Google account of your choosing. 

SUMMARY

Tyson works at a homeless shelter, making ends meet after an encounter that caused him to lose his mother’s life: The Blackout. One day while on the way home from a day working at the shelter, Tyson is arrested for sneaking around past curfew. This arrest would lead to the opportunity to change his life, as well as the world.

Please do not apply if you wish to be paid, as I am unable to do so and will only accept applications from those who are fully understanding that this production is NOT paid.

WAYFINDERS is an upcoming audio drama series created by Bryce Thompson. WAYFINDERS is planned to stream on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and more. WAYFINDERS is in pre-production, with Bryce looking to bring on various members for the production side of things. 

WAYFINDERS is currently looking for the following positions to be filled: Artists, Writers, Musicians, & Sound Engineers/Audio-Editors.

This is not a casting call for voice actors. The casting call for VA's will be held at a later date.

All of these positions are unpaid, but an IMDb credit will be provided once the first episode is complete and uploaded, as per the IMDb guidelines. Subsequent episodes that release will also credit every member of production who was involved for that subsequent episode. 

WAYFINDERS prides itself on authentic representation and casting and would love to get to know you more and to give you an outlet to express yourself, but please do not feel forced to respond to questions regarding gender or ethnicity. Your privacy is important to us, so please only answer if you feel comfortable.

WAYFINDERS believes in human art. No form of Generative AI will be used in any production process during or after the release of WAYFINDERS. WAYFINDERS will sign the NAVA AI Rider for voice work (to be a separate form at a later time,) and will be willing to sign any Anti-AI/AI Protection documents to protect the work of our applicants. If you have any suggestions for documents that can be signed between myself and yourself to protect your rights, please add it to the end at the questions section and I will personally look into it.

You must be 18+ years old to apply. This series contains dark themes such as death, abuse, trauma, and more. No NSFW sexual themes will be present, but all applicants need to be 18+ to sign AI-Protection documents.

This is a long-term project, spanning ~nine episodes for the first season, and more episodes/seasons if desired. Due to this, if you only wish to assist with smaller aspects of the project and prefer to not be on strict deadlines, you can be considered a “consultant.” This mainly applies to writers. You will still receive IMDb credit, but please understand that work will be prioritized to the longer-term committed volunteers.

Meetings will be held once every two weeks to check up on progress on all departments. Meetings will be held per department, to ensure the group inside of the department (Writers, Artist, Engineers, Musicians), can communicate on general issues, as well as working out a time frame of when they will all be available. Meetings are not mandatory due to the unpaid nature of the project, but attendance will be highly appreciated and encouraged.

All applications are reviewed by myself. Please understand that some time may pass after the deadline before reaching out with results. All applicants will be reviewed equally, and some time may pass to allow all applicants the respected time they deserve to have their application reviewed in full.
