Introduction:
Wake the Will is a webcomic series on Webtoon. I write and illustrate for the story. This is an ongoing project that I am doing for fun as a hobby, as the general idea for a card game-based series has seen numerous drafts over the years. With this, I'm telling the final, definitive version of the story I always wanted to tell.
-Summary taken directly from the Webtoon series hub: "To avoid the harsh reality that is life, individuals escape into a virtual reality game based around a trading card game named Wake the Will. One girl enters this world in order to set things right and stand against this false utopia. However, her plans derail, as she immediately encounters a boy around her age, whom is one of many that has given up on life."
What's going into the project:
-I am looking for three voice actors to play these Arc 1 antagonists, including the arc's final boss!
-This will be a video posted to my YouTube channel, where we will be dubbing over shots of each panel from the webcomic. I'm looking to put my own voice work out there in a unique way, with your voice work joining it.
-We're planning to do every episode of the Wake the Will Webtoon. The Webtoon currently has 22 episodes released, with the 25th in production.

This story focuses around players in a VR game playing a trading card game with each other. Players will dramatically play out and announce their moves, as done in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Cardfight!! Medium Role (Arc 1): (Age 30) Varzo is the leader of a group of Hackers that aim to attract the attention of the virtual world's Mods. His "underlings" are Nin, Vishia, Inston, and Blitz, though only Blitz actually acts like a minion of his. He operates behind the scenes until the final act of the first arc. He serves as Arc 1's final boss. His role is needed sparingly up until the last few episodes of the arc, where his search for a powerful hack succeeds and he goes on a rampage. The reason he's after the Mods to begin with is currently unknown.
Personality: Varzo is the cruelest character yet seen in Wake the Will. He cares not for anyone, but himself. Although he's cruel to everyone he meets, he's actually rather quiet, but gives off an intimidating aura to others, causing them not to want to mess with him. He gets a little louder when he goes on a rampage.
Voice: I'm looking for a deep, demonic voice for Varzo. The more demonic and cold-hearted you can be, the better.

Medium Role (Arc 1): (Age 19) Inston is a member of Varzo's group of hackers. He's terrified of Varzo, and will just do as he says. While playing Wake the Will, Inston lacks self-confidence, while also being one of the worst players in the series. His low rank shows how poorly he plays and constructs his deck. With his hack, Inston is able to locate desired cards within a certain range.
Personality: Inston is somewhat immature and sarcastic by nature, showing a bit of an attitude. When he plays Wake the Will, he's not confident in his abilities. However, when it comes to his Caterpoison cards, his confidence takes a 180 and he becomes boastful over them.
Voice: For Inston, I'm looking for a young adult, male voice that sounds a bit closer to an alien. Something like Team FourStar's take on Guldo from DBZ would be suitable: https://youtu.be/R2Slc-r5kdI?si=Esc1Jo7M8W68TYiE

Minor Role (Arc 1): (Age 41) Blitz is a member of Varzo's group of hackers and is the only one that is actually loyal to Varzo. He stays faithfully by Varzo's side, despite Varzo treating him as coldly as the rest. Regardless, it is in Blitz's nature to serve who he labels as "master". He hopes to do whatever he can to aid in Varzo's plan to attract the attention of the Mods, though is stuck standing by Varzo and doing nothing at all. He will, however, challenge any who get near, not allowing anyone to bother Varzo. His hack grants him infinite stamina.
Personality: Blitz is calm and quiet, never losing his composure. However, he shows little emotion.
