Voice Actors Needed For Upcoming Show!
Project Overview
What's the show? = I am looking for voice actors that are committed to help us create something special for our audience! The Dead Among Us is a zombie comic show about a struggling youtuber named Joe trying to survive the new world filled with the dead and bad people! Him and his brother, Andy make friends and foes along the way!
Details about production: This show was made 3 years ago by a young filmmaker named Callan Buckley (Me) and is being helped by his co-writer Robert Buckley. Before we considered comic animation, I made it with my friends from school and we made it in live action. To be honest, it was very cringy and thank god we're doing it better now. We now have 2 writers (Me and Robert), 1 editor (Me), a big cast of 37 voice very talented voice actors from all around the world and a fantastic crew of artists to help create something special! We have 5 character designers, 2 poster artists, 3 environment designers and 4 storyboarders. My co-writer and I are currently prettying up the script for episodes 9-15 of season 3! We already have episodes 1-8 written and I am currently editing the audio for the 4th episode of the season. I already have the audio done for episodes 1-3 done and ready for the story boarders. While we are prettying up the scripts for episodes 9-15, I am also writing the 11th episode of the 4th season. Might as well have the scripts for season 4 ready to be prettied up when we're done prettying up the season 3 scripts.
More Details: We can't pay because our show is going to be a non-monetized show! We just want to tell our stories and entertain our audience. Chelsea is a very minor character in this show. She is first introduced in TDAU Season 3 Episode 4 'The Show Must Go On' where the main characters meet her and her boyfriend Lee in the middle of a crowd of people waiting to see a show. Eric (One of the supporting characters) accidentally invites her and her boyfriend for a drink when he tried hitting on her, without even realizing she had her boyfriend right beside her in the crowd. However, the show they are watching is very gruesome and inhumane. When Eric turns to her and basically says "What the fuck?!", Lee steps in without question defending her. He thought Eric was attacking her. Joe (The main character) steps in and fights Lee. That leads to Lee getting eaten by zombies that were apart of the show and Chelsea in distraught after what see witnessed. Basically......Poor girl. However, she will return in the 4th season for as a member of a camp.
<Happy>"Hi!"<she looks around him and sees Joe and the others> "You're the new guys, right?"
<Happily Greeting>"Oh great! Nice to meet you! I'm Chelsea!"
(Chelsea's boyfriend is being eaten alive in front of her) <Screaming and crying> "LEEEEE!!! NOOOOOO!!"
Ben Flanagan, originally Ben Martinez is a very minor character but part of one of the most horrific scenes in this show. Ben is the youngest in the Martinez/Flanagan family. A 4 year old boy. His sister Sophie is his only sibling and she's 9 years old. Their mother Ellie is a young single mother that is a member of security in the community Fermoy Haven. His father Samuel Martinez died due to an accident before the apocalypse began. When Ben was 2 years old. Now when we first see him, Padraig Flanagan (One of the Supporting Characters) is his stepfather. The Martinez/Flanagan are one of the main families who live in the Haven.
When it comes to his voice, I don't mind if it's a man or a woman doing his voice as long as they can do a very convincing 4 year old boy voice.

Jordan Free is a broken man trying to do right from his actions. Him, his wife and son live in a cabin in the woods in the zombie apocalypse. Just when the virus started, he had an argument with his wife, he kicked her out of the house in the middle of their fight. She goes around back to go through the back door but a zombie bites her in the neck (They didn't know about the zombies yet) Jordan felt awful about it and he blames himself for his wife's death. The wife turned into a zombie and he keeps her tied up out in the garden, thinking shes still alive inside and that she just needs help. His son, Scotty is 15 years old and Jordan tries to protect him by not letting him go out. Jordan kills people who are near the cabin and feeds them to the wife. Scotty hates it. Jordan is in season 3 for 2 episodes and we see how a relationship between Jordan and Scotty turns into something dark.
<Capturing people with his son, treating it like it's regular hunting> "Good job Scott, we've got two more! Let's get them inside."
<Having an argument with his son> "I gave you them arms them legs that--pumping heart, prick! Gave you more than what anyone had ever givin' you!"
<Shocked and outraged to hear his son calling him crazy> "You calling me crazy? I'm crazy? Says the one calling his own mother a monster!!"
Tommy is another very minor child role. We first see him in TDAU Season 3 Episode 9 'Body and Soul' when Doctor Cleo Rodgers checks up on his scratch for when he fell while playing. He is afraid of her touching the scratch because it stings a lot. Andy comes to the rescue and distracts him by telling him a story of him at around Tommy's age playing rugby. Tommy gets fascinated with Andy's story and by the time it was over, Cleo was done cleaning up the wound. He is 10 years old and hates it when everyone treats him like a child which he is.
When it comes to his voice, I don't mind if it's a man or a woman doing his voice as long as they can do a very convincing 10 year old boy's voice.
<Gets mad when Andy treats him like a child by calling his scratch a boo boo> "You said "boo boo"! I'm not fucking four!"
<His scratch being examined by the doctor> "It stingsss"<the word trails as Tommy gives a sharp intake of breath>
<forgets his own pain and becomes instantly engrossed in Andy and his scar> "Wow, That looks cool! How did you get that?"
